To that end, they have 4 key security elements that will always provide the peace of mind that the Card is being used properly:
- PIN CODE: A 4 digit security code that limits access to the Card, only identifying its user.
- ON LINE PUMP: A system to avoid billing non-fuel expenses as fuel, due to the system identifying the pump appliance and printing the amount of litres refuelled directly on the ticket.
- AUTHORISED PRODUCT: A system that identifies the products or services authorised by the holder and prevents unauthorised items being charged.
- CREDIT LIMIT: The CEPSA STAR and CEPSA STAR FLEETS Cards have a series of limits for greater security, which are:
- Number of operations per day.
- Maximum amount of operations.
- Daily credit available.
