Yes. To enjoy the VAT recovery service you must tick the appropriate box in the CEPSA STAR EUROTRAFIC Card contract and sign a specific contract. This service does not bear any annual charge and you pay only the commission in respect of services actually provided. The commission will vary depending on the country where the tax is recovered and the option selected (Normal or Express).
