After the acquisition agreement signed by Cepsa de Chevron España, S.L.U., both the marketing business of TEXACO brand products and the finished lubricants manufacturing business through the license granted by Chevron are now being managed through CEPSA Lubricantes S.A.

As a result of this agreement, the TEXACO brand is being distributed in Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar by a leading company, CEPSA.

Cepsa has a notable presence in Spain, and with the gradual internationalisation of its activities, it now also conducts its business in Algeria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Panama, Peru and Portugal, thereby marketing its products throughout the world.
