The operations department co-ordinates all the logistics and operational activities; it stays fully up-to-date around the clock with regard to dates and times of the various supplies, as well as the logistics aspects, so as to meet clients expectations, as well as to comply with quality and safety requirements.

Within the scope of this highly-prepared team, our customer service centre will deal with all queries and claims.
