Global Compact
Global Compact is a United Nations (UN) initiative which CEPSA joined in 2005. Consequently, the Company is
committed to applying ten principles of conduct related to human and labour rights, the environment and the
fight against corruption, as part of its strategy and activity. Furthermore, it produces the annual Communication on Progress
Report for the Spanish Global Compact Association. |

Universal Declaration of Human Rights
CEPSA is committed to fulfilling the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. |
UN Millennium Development Goals
The eight Millennium Development Goals, which cover everything from halving extreme poverty to stopping the
spreading of HIV/AIDS and achieving universal primary education by 2015. |

CEPSA is committed to the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. |

Chemical Industry’s Commitment to Progress
A voluntary, public and active chemical company initiative, the objective of which is to ensure that member companies implement continuous
improvements in relation to Health, Safety and Environmental Protection, in line with Sustainable Development
principles, when carrying out their activities. |

Business association composed of a group of large companies committed to sustained growth from a financial, social and environmental
point of view. CEPSA has been a member since 2002. |

Business Council for Sustainable Development (Portugal)
Regional Headquarters of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBSCD). Its mission is to promote ecoefficiency,
innovation and social responsibility through its member companies. CEPSA Portugal joined this initiative
in 2006. |
