Global Compact is a United Nations (UN) initiative which CEPSA joined in 2005. Consequently, the Company is
committed to applying ten principles of conduct related to human and labour rights, the environment and the
fight against corruption, as part of its strategy and activity. Furthermore, it produces the annual Communication on Progress
Report for the Spanish Global Compact Association. |

innovation and social responsibility through its member companies. CEPSA Portugal joined this initiative
