ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

From the time that the notice to the AGM is published, shareholders may obtain, promptly and free of charge, a copy of the Financial Statements and Management Analysis & Discussion, the Proposal for Profit Distribution, the Independent Auditors' Reports and any other documents that must by law be provided, either directly from the Office of Shareholder Services, or by requesting that these documents be forwarded to their designated address.
