SUPPLY

Each year, CEPSA acquires over 20 million tons of crude oil from around the world to be processed at its refining facilities.

Crude oil sourcing in 2004 was as follows:

• Persian Gulf: 36.1%
• West Africa: 35.3%
• Caribbean/Mexico: 10%
• Russia: 9.6%
• Northern Africa: 8.7%
• Europe: 0.3%

CEPSA additionally purchases finished products, primarily gas oils and fuel oils, to meet the needs of its growing customer base.
