VETTING

In order to facilitate the technical acceptance procedures for vessels for chartering operations with the CEPSA Group, CEPSA's Vetting Department has provided this specific page where you can add, edit and view the ship questionnaires relating to the organization for which you work.

These questionnaires are aimed at ship owners and operators interested in tendering their vessels for chartering and transporting oil acquired or sold by the CEPSA Group.

As a first step, you must sign up for this service and indicate that organization to belong and you assign a password for access to questionnaires. If there was not the organization to which you belong you will have to notify it to incorporate it. Upon accessing the service must fill out enough information in the questionnaire selected to classify the ship in our database.

Once this information has been reviewed, we will either authorize or decline the vessel submitted for consideration.

The purpose of these questionnaires is to have complete and up-to-date information on the particulars of the vessel, as well as documents, certificates and/or any other pertinent data.
