We would like to present to all our potential suppliers and clients our General Terms and Conditions for FOB, CFR and CIF cargoes, for their consideration. We have prepared these GT&C with the aim to facilitate the negotiations between the parties and have tried to stablish them in similar basis to those widely used in our industry. We hope that most of you considering these GT&C will find them fair enough and acceptable for binding the commercial relations with CEPSA or any of its affiliated companies when saling/purchasing cargoes of crude oil or petroleum products.
