GAS EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION: TIMIMOUN

In July 2002, CEPSA, as part of a consortium headed by TOTAL, was awarded a gas exploration & production permit by the Algerian Ministry of Energy & Mines on Blocks 325A and 329 in the Timimoun Basin. The permit covers an area measuring 13,250 square kilometers located in the gas-rich southwestern part of the country.
