The process is designed to assess the level of suitability of each candidate, and compare it to the skills profile of each position.
The recruitment process is designed in accordance with the job description & candidate profile which is set for each vacancy.
In general, the process comprises a personal interview with one of our Recruitment Officers, a language test and psychometric testing when required.
The final stage consists of a meeting with the Department Manager directly responsible for the position in question, with whom you may exchange information and obtain first-hand knowledge of the characteristics of the work you will be doing.
