In this section you will learn about how CEPSA Quimica is preparing to fulfill its obligations under REACH Regulation, in order to properly register its products (our deadline, November 2010).
CEPSA Química is carrying out accurate Exposure Scenarios (ESs), for the Company and our Customers. We are compiling
information in according to Use Descriptors Developer by ECHA. We are actively participating in tasks in Consortia, Associations
and Downstream users Associations.
These Use Descriptors are designed to describe how products are used in the supply chain.More information on Use Descriptors can be found on the website of the European Chemicals Agency.

As a result of these activities, Generic Exposure Scenarios (GES), have been assessed for most products. GESs describe ESs for groups of substances for an area of operation within industry.
It is important our Customers participate to check our Use Descriptors in order to ensure that, in the future, supported Uses for all products are included in our REACH registration dossier and the new REACH formatted extended Safety Data Sheet (eSDS).
Thus we invite you to use our product finder, wich will enable you to check the uses for our products that have been identified for inclusion in our intended REACH registrations. In any product use guide, first review the titles and scope covered by the listed Exposure Scenarios. Consider whether this reflects your uses of that substance and beyond, down into the supply chain. If you recognise your operation here, you can expect that your use(s) have been addressed. If, on completing your review, you think you use the product in a way that is not covered in the use descriptor, we welcome your feedback (productstewardship@cepsa.com).
