GENERAL INFORMATION AVIATION

So that engine operation may be ensured at high altitude, when air pressure, external temperature and other conditions are extreme, airplane fuels are subject to the most demanding international specifications. These embrace the properties required for each use, as well as requirements laid down by the manufacturers, by national authorities, and by airline companies.

CEPSA supplies fuels, submitted to the most rigorous specifications, to all Spanish airports

The market may be divided into three sections:

  • Civil aviation: includes airline operations, whether scheduled, charter, or freight.
  • Military aviation: operations conducted by air forces, whether national or foreign (land, marine, and air armies).
  • General aviation: as part of civil aviation, embracing private aviation, sports aviation, fumigation, advertising, fire extinction, and so on.

From our refineries, CEPSA supplies fuels, submitted to the most rigorous specifications, to all Spanish airports via tankers, oil pipelines, and land transport.

CEPSA also supplies fuel to its clients in foreign airports, mainly in Central Europe and the Caribbean.
