572019 ANNUAL AND CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY REPORT

In 2019, in view of the changes in Cepsa's environment and organisation, we carried out a new materiality analysis to identify the most relevant and priority matters of an environmental, corporate governance and social nature. Diverse sources of in- formation and trends were analysed, as well as sector and regulatory news, infor- mation on our stakeholders, our corpo- rate strategy and corporate responsibili- ty, our risk management and our internal regulatory environment. Subsequently, the information analysed has been struc- tured by grouping it into relevant topics and fi nally, material issues have been

prioritised according to their internal and external importance. This prioritisa- tion served to identify those issues that form the basis of this Annual and Corpo- rate Responsibility Report, and will also be used in the defi nition of our strategic lines of action with regard to corporate responsibility.
