Cepsa has launched the fourth edition of Challenging U-In Company, one of the most competitive training programs on the market. In this new edition there are 35 places for recent graduates interested in developing their professional careers in the energy sector. Specifically, the program offers paid internships at the central offices in Madrid and at the industrial centers of Palos (Huelva) and San Roque (Cádiz), as well as the possibility of obtaining a postgraduate degree at one of the best business schools in Spain.
Through Challenging U-In Company, students enhance their skills and knowledge alongside Cepsa professionals. The financial support (€1,000/month), the duration of the program (a maximum of two years) and the possibility of combining an internship with a master's degree in Business Management at the EOI Business School make Challenging U-In Company one of the most attractive training programs in Spain.
This year 35 young people with degrees in different backgrounds including law, communications, economics or engineering, will be selected for internships in the corporate, commercial and industrial divisions of the company.
For recent engineering graduates, Cepsa offers the Challenging U-International School program, which gives students the opportunity to complete a master's degree at the IFP School (Paris) through a course lasting 10 months. Cepsa bears the cost of tuition and internships and provides significant financial support. In addition to these advantages, the company pledges to hire students once they have completed their Master's degree.
The application period will remain open until January 15 through the Cepsa website:
