Having motivated staff and teams working with a common set of values helps their growth and professional development and are key factors in helping us to overcome challenges and meet objectives set out in the Strategic Plan.

For that reason we make sure we identify where they need more training and help them to detect their strengths and possible areas of development.

We also have ‘schools’, or learning centers, to offer the right training to best develop every job position. This training complements the specific training for each position, and self-training available to all staff helping to promote our value of continuous improvement.
