Installation of high energy-efficient helical tubes in H-E-2001 E/F/G/A/B/C/D

 

Through the changes applied in this project, we managed to improve manufacturing efficiency by reducing the amount of fuel used and pollutant gas emissions into the atmosphere.

HOW DID WE DO IT?

Based on an energy analysis from the Unifining II Unit, we identified an important energy saving point. A multidisciplinary team, made up of our own staff and external companies, engineered and installed the new equipment and modified the existing equipment in order to adapt the Unit to the new mode of operation.

THE RESULT

Thanks to the changes made, we reduced the amount of energy consumed in the process per Unit Load, thus producing intermediary kerosene more efficiently.
