The meeting was attended by the acting territorial delegate, Miguel Andreu Estaún, accompanied by the provincial secretary general, Francisco Lopez, the cabinet coordinator, Luisa Ruiz, and the Education technician in Campo de Gibraltar, Genoveva Lorenzo, while Fundación Cepsa was represented by company executive Estrella Blanco. “With these scholarships, Fundación Cepsa hopes to assist families in need to pay for the costs of studying vocational training, in addition to enhancing the productive and competitive fabric of Campo de Gibraltar and improving competences and specialization in sectors of high added value,” said Estrella Blanco.
The application period for these scholarships will be open until July 22. Subsequently, beneficiaries will be selected by a specialized technical secretariat and an evaluation committee composed of representatives from Cepsa and its foundation. In the process, the candidates’ academic record and individual circumstances (disability, income, etc.) will be taken into account. Applications for this vocational training scholarship program can be submitted through the Fundación Cepsa website.
Once the meeting came to a close, the delegation from the Regional Government of Andalusia visited the Laboratory where they were given a close look at the facilities by Mar Perrote, head of Analytical Services at Cepsa, and Guillermo Arteaga, head of the San Roque Laboratory.
