Talento Digital Junior:
Digital Training

 

This program is born with the aim of creating a team of young talented people and giving them the opportunity to participate in the company's digital transformation projects. It also aims to involve them in all the challenges that projects of this type entail. 

 

By participating in these types of projects, you can contribute ideas and knowledge throughout the process. In this way, we will also help you develop new skills and knowledge with the help of Cepsa employees.  

What profiles are we looking for?

Creative individuals, willing to learn, easy-going and eager to bring new ideas and improvements that help to overcome the different challenges faced by the company. 

This program is intended for profiles that meet the following requirements:

    • Data Scientists and Data Engineer profiles: Students in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics and Mathematics. 
    • Scrum Master profiles: Students in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics and Mathematics or other degrees with special interest in the technical area. 
    • PMO profiles: Students or recent graduates preferably in technical degrees or Business Administration, Law and Economics with special interest in the technical area
    • A high level of English is a must 
    • Young people with special interest in the digital area

What do we offer?

Full-time or part-time paid internship lasting 6 to 12 months
