From the Product Protection department, we work to ensure that our products are safe in terms of health aspects and for the environment throughout their life cy- cle. From the beginning of our research
project through until products are mar- keted, we carry out a rigorous evaluation process of all its characteristics in order to certify the protection of our customers, our professionals and the environment:
In order to identify all the characteristics of our products for our consumers, we ad- here to Classification, Labelling and Pack- aging Regulations that allow us to provide complete information about the compo- nents and the hazardousness of each of the substances with which we work, in or- der to ensure safe use by the consumer. In this respect, projects like Read the label! help us to value the importance of the in- formation collected in the product labels for users, supported by training, informa- tion and dissemination activities in relation to the safety of our products.
We firmly believe that our relationship with consumers and the close and con- stant contact with them make it possible for us to carry out a process of continuous improvement of our product quality and safety. To do this we use tools such as Ser- vice Now, with which we can provide solu- tions to their queries and requirements by improving our response times; as well as using the extracted data to try to antici- pate them and develop better solutions.
CUSTOmER HEALTH AND SAFETy
EVALUATION OF DANGERS We identify the elements of the chemical products and classify them according to market standards.
WARNING OF DANGERS We inform of the dangers of each product through data sheets and danger warnings.
RISK EVALUATION Every time we incorporate a new substance or application to a product, we evaluate the exposure risk it has.
COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION As well as complying with all current legistalion and rules, we also participate in voluntary programs for the sector.
PRODUCT SAFETY All our customers have information available on the product, its distribution, legislation and how to use it in a safe manner.
