CHAPTER 4 Responsible management

4.4 SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Safety is a priority for Cepsa and forms part of our identity. Our commitment is to promote a safe working environment, minimise risks for all professionals with whom we interact, including both our

own employees and those of the ancil- lary companies that support us, as well as suppliers, distributors and customers, and also to ensure the integrity of our fa- cilities and processes.

HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR PROFESSIONALS

We have a Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality Policy that helps us to set annual performance targets and ensure compliance with our standards in all phases of operations. We develop annual training programmes in Occupa- tional Health and Safety for our profes- sionals, with the aim of continuous im- provement, and we analyse the incidents

that have occurred and disseminate them as "lessons learned" that help us make the necessary changes in processes or ways of working to continue promoting a culture of safety. In addition, the data obtained about occupational accidents and incidents are reported periodically through follow-up reports.
